It is about ability, not dis-ability.

It is always heartwarming to see ideas like this. If a person with any disability can feel him or herself useful and valued among other, non-disabled people, he or she will not even feel the difference. That is the ultimate goal. Only a little (reasonable) accommodation is needed from both parties.
